Frequently Asked questions
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: Our 8000 square foot warehouse is located in Leominster, Massachusetts 01453. You may view a transit map to calculate approx. delivery times by clicking HERE
Q: When are products shipped?
A: In stock products are shipped same or next business day depending on the time there entered. Weekend and holidays are not included as shipping days or transit days. Ground shipments may be delayed up to 24 hours depending on the volume of orders on a given day.
Q: How are backorders dealt with?
A: Backorders of small items will not be allowed due to the cost of shipping. These items will be removed from the order before processing and credit will be given. Backorders of items that include free shipping will be held until all items are in stock and shippable, unless order notes are entered authorizing additional shipping charges and separate shipments.
Q: How do I return an item for repair / replacement? How long does it take?
A: Please first review the terms of service agreed to during checkout, they can be found by clicking HERE Please understand that we cannot make exceptions to our policies for any reason and will enforce our policies though the Leominster District Court System. If after re-reading our policy you are ready to apply for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) click HERE for our RMA web form. Once a RMA is authorized we must receive your item within 10 days. We will then examine the product and determine if it qualifies for repair / replacement, if so the item will be processed within 10 days and returned to you. If it does not meet guidelines for repair or replacement we will notify you by Email and allow 5 days for your response. If after 5 days we have not received a response we will destroy the item and consider the matter closed.
Q: Are Airsoft guns legal in my area?
A: Due to the vast local, state and Federal regulations we recommend contacting your local law enforcement agency for up to date rules and regulations.
Q: When is _______ going to be back in stock?
A: We added this because we get an insane amount of Emails asking when a certain item will be back in stock. We cannot possibly answer them all, there is no quick answer. We are direct importers from China and Hong Kong, the lead times for many items is weeks if not months. We try to anticipate demand but with so many new products coming out so often it is nearly impossible. We will try to make every effort to give an estimated restock date on our website when a product is out of stock, please do not email with these questions, we do our best to stock as quickly as possible.
Q: Will Airsoft1 sponsor my team?
A: If you are looking for free items the quick answer is NO!. We do however offer team discounts to teams that display our logo and link to our site from there team page. We will also add the link to your team’s page from our links page. Email us at service@Airsoft1.com with your team’s home page where our link can be found and we will send you your teams discount code.
Q: Does Airsoft1 ship to Canada, Germany, England, Spain, Ect……?
A: No, due to the huge amount of overseas credit card fraud Airsoft1 ships only to the USA.
Q: My item said FREE SHIPPING, how come I was charged shipping?
A: Your item said “Qualifies for free shipping” it is a common mistake made by many of our customers. If you were to click the link or check the top of each page you will see that you must purchase a total amount of “Qualified” items in order for the items to ship free of charge. Currently the amount is $99 of qualified items in order to receive free shipping. Free shipping includes only the actual shipping charges, handling and packing charges may still apply.
Q: I live near your warehouse, can I come in to pick up my order?
A: Sorry, we do not allow for local pickup at this time.
Q: I placed an order ______ time ago and I still haven’t got it, where is my package?
A: Most likely you placed an order for an out of stock item that has placed your order on backorder status. Please do not email us repeatedly asking, we will fill backorders as soon as the items arrive in our warehouse. If you would like to cancel your order instead of waiting on the backorder list please simply email us at service@airsoft1.com with your order number telling us to cancel your order.
Q: I tried to place and order and your site said it was declined but my credit card was charged multiple times.
A: We get this one a lot. The reason is that your billing address did not match the one the card company has for you. Each time you try to process the order it places an Authorization on your card, those funds are held by your bank, they will drop off after a few days depending on your bank. WE DO NOT HAVE YOUR FUNDS!
